Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are approximately:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other partnered international carriers when applicable

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and order type.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

Ling Productions is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Orders returned due to insufficient address information

If an order is returned to us due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at:

Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:

  • The package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or
  • Tracking does not confirm delivery.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled orders.


Customs, Duties & International Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Ling Productions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Stolen Packages

Ling Productions is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations and monitor tracking updates closely.


Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification before shipment.

Orders flagged as high-risk or suspected fraudulent activity may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.
