At Ling Productions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times generally range between 5–10 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.
All orders include tracking information once shipped.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened products
- Used items
- Fragrances/colognes
- Earbuds/headphones
- Hygiene-related products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement or refund requests.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- Tracking confirms the package was not delivered, and
- The shipping carrier determines the package is lost.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled orders and may not qualify for refunds.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact Ling Productions directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using:
- Order confirmation records
- IP address verification
- Shipping confirmation
- Delivery tracking
- Device/browser verification
- Customer communication history
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
